Licensed Beauty Advisor, part-time position at Sephora in Tucson, Arizona. Deliver beauty services and drive client engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and lash application services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive store sales targets through service provision, client rebooking, and product recommendations
- Educate and empower clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and application techniques
- Maintain current professional licensure and uphold rigorous health and safety standards
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience
- Meet minimum weekly scheduling requirements and demonstrate reliability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services
- 1–3 years' experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or client-facing service roles
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and application techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
- Physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
