Role & Responsibilities
- Perform beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false lash application per Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales results through rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling complementary products
- Maintain active state licensure and comply with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Educate clients on beauty products, trends, techniques, and personalized product recommendations
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through exceptional personalized service
- Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment and promote a culture of belonging
- Uphold Sephora company policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure shopping experience

Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in the state of employment
- 1–3 years' professional experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or customer service
