Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales and service results by converting consultations into product sales and rebooking follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain and display up-to-date state licensure and strictly adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols.
  • Provide personalized client consultations, educate clients on product use and beauty routines, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Support a collaborative and inclusive store culture, comply with company policies, and help create a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state of employment.
  • 1–3 years' experience in a comparable beauty service, retail, hospitality, or client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized service, build client relationships, and meet sales/service targets.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
