Role & Responsibilities
- Perform and rebook beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false lash services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive store sales and service goals through client consultations, product recommendations, and relationship-building
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and application techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active state licensure and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support colleague professional development

Qualifications
