Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and other beauty services listed on Sephora's Beauty Services menu with precision and professionalism
- Drive store performance through service rebooking, client retention, and incremental product sales
- Educate and empower clients on beauty trends, product applications, and techniques tailored to individual needs
- Maintain current licensure and uphold rigorous health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and promotes client belonging
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance during peak retail operations
Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false eyelash services in Oregon
