Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and false lash application services in compliance with state regulations and Sephora Beauty Services menu standards
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized service and product recommendations
- Drive revenue through service bookings, rebooking clients, and product sales while meeting store goals
- Maintain active state licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Educate clients on beauty trends, products, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Contribute to a culture of inclusion and teamwork while upholding company policies and store standards
- Ensure consistent availability during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar beauty role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments
- Strong product knowledge and familiarity with current beauty trends and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional, personalized client service
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
