Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor, Tampa, FL – Part-time beauty services role with makeup, waxing, and product sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and service bookings by achieving store goals through rebooking clients and selling complementary beauty products
- Deliver makeup, waxing, false lash application, and other beauty services listed on Sephora's Beauty Services menu with technical proficiency
- Educate clients on current beauty trends and product formulations to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active licensure and adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and supports colleague success
- Uphold Sephora company policies and contribute to a safe, secure, and welcoming store experience
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services
- 1–3 years of demonstrated experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing service roles
