Sephora seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (part-time) in Tampa, FL. Hourly pay $19.80–$22.90; beauty services and retail sales role requiring Florida licensure.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and rebooking of beauty services by delivering expert product recommendations and personalized client consultations
- Provide makeup application, waxing, false lash application, and other services from Sephora's curated Beauty Services menu
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and application techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active state licensure and uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols across all service delivery
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and supports peer development
- Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance across assigned part-time shifts, including nights, weekends, and holiday retail peaks
Qualifications
- Active professional license for waxing, makeup, and false lash application in the state of Florida
- 1–3 years of demonstrable experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or similar client-facing environments
- Strong, current knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and professional application techniques
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate lasting relationships

Skills
Experience
