Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and false lash application services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu and state licensing requirements
- Guide clients on product selection and beauty trends; educate and empower customers through personalized consultations
- Drive store sales and service revenue by rebooking clients and upselling complementary products and services
- Maintain active state licensure and uphold rigorous health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Build and sustain meaningful client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Contribute to a culture of inclusion, teamwork, and belonging within the store environment
- Ensure punctuality, consistent attendance, and availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Uphold Sephora brand standards and company policies to create a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping experience
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in Florida
- 1–3 years' experience in a beauty services, retail, hospitality, or customer service role
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, current trends, and application techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional personalized client service and cultivate lasting relationships
