Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services—makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application—consistent with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives by recommending products, converting service clients to retail purchases, and rebooking follow-up appointments.
- Maintain required professional licensure and adhere strictly to health, safety and sanitation protocols.
- Provide personalised client consultations, assess needs and create tailored treatment or product recommendations.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports team goals and exceptional client experiences.
- Work flexible schedules to cover peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ensure punctuality and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are provided.
- 1–3 years of experience in a licensed beauty role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
- Deep, current knowledge of skincare, cosmetics and beauty trends, with the ability to educate and upsell clients.
- Demonstrated aptitude for delivering personalised, relationship-driven client service.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds).

Experience
