Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false lash application and other services in the Beauty Services menu) with a focus on personalization and technique.
  • Drive retail results through service rebookings, product recommendations and post‑service sales to meet store performance targets.
  • Maintain active state licensure for applicable services and strictly adhere to sanitation, health and safety protocols.
  • Create an inclusive, client‑focused in‑store experience that reflects Sephora standards and brand values.
  • Work reliably across a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are rendered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of beauty products, trends and application techniques.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain standing for retail shift durations.

Experience
