Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio (makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu).
- Achieve store performance objectives by selling products, rebooking services and driving service revenue through consultative client interactions.
- Conduct personalised client consultations to recommend products and services, build loyalty and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain active professional licensure and rigorously adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols for all treatments.
- Support a culture of inclusion and teamwork, follow Sephora policies, and contribute to a safe, welcoming in-store experience.
- Maintain punctuality and flexible availability to cover peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are provided.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable availability to meet required weekly shifts (Full Time: 30–40 hrs/week) and work peak retail hours.

Experience
1–3 years in a beauty service role or in a customer-facing retail, hospitality or service position, demonstrating client consultation, service delivery and sales capability.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant cosmetology/esthetician training or certification preferred.
