Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing and false eyelash application services consistent with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu and local licensure.
- Drive sales and service KPIs by recommending products, rebooking beauty services and converting consultations into retail purchases.
- Provide personalised client consultations that educate clients on product usage, skincare routines and makeup techniques.
- Maintain active professional licensure and rigorously observe health, safety and sanitation protocols for all beauty services.
- Support store operations through reliable attendance, meeting required weekly shift minima and availability during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends and holidays).
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment and uphold Sephora brand standards to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are delivered.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
- Demonstrable product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and beauty tools and the ability to translate that knowledge into client recommendations.
- Proven ability to deliver personalised client service and build lasting client relationships.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual and able to meet scheduled shift commitments.

Experience
1–3 years in a beauty services position or in a retail, hospitality or client-facing role; experience delivering makeup, waxing or lash services preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of relevant cosmetology/esthetics training and possession of required state cosmetology/esthetics license.
