Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and rebooking by providing and promoting beauty services to clients
- Perform makeup application, waxing, and other services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, products, and techniques to educate and empower clients
- Maintain active licensure and uphold rigorous health and safety protocols
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment where clients and colleagues feel respected and valued
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a secure, welcoming shopping experience
- Work flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays during peak retail operations
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup application, and false eyelash services in California
