Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash services.
  • Provide personalized client consultations to assess needs, recommend products and rebook services to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Meet store performance goals through service revenue, product sales and client retention activities.
  • Maintain active licensure and adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and support store standards, policies and a safe shopping experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays and meet the minimum weekly shift/hours required for the role.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state of employment.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge across skincare, cosmetics and beauty tools and the ability to educate clients.
  • Proven aptitude for delivering personalized service, building relationships and achieving sales goals.
  • Team-oriented, reliable and punctual with the ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing for extended periods.

Experience
