Sephora is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (part-time) in South Windsor, CT. Competitive pay $21.75–$24.88/hr with benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application, waxing, and other beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales and rebook services to help achieve store performance goals
- Educate and empower clients on beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Maintain active professional licensure and uphold all health and safety protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment aligned with company values
- Ensure availability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate consistent punctuality and reliable attendance
Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in Connecticut
- 1-3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and application techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
