Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional in‑store beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application and other services on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu) with high standards of hygiene and client safety.
  • Drive sales performance by recommending products, converting services into retail purchases, rebooking clients and meeting individual and store targets.
  • Provide personalised consultations and product education to build lasting client relationships and strengthen client loyalty.
  • Maintain active licensure and comply with all local health, safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Support a collaborative, inclusive store environment and adhere to Sephora’s operational policies and customer experience standards.
  • Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required minimum weekly shifts for part‑time staffing.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services will be delivered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role or customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or service industries.
  • Demonstrable product knowledge and up‑to‑date awareness of beauty trends and techniques.
  • Proven ability to provide personalised client service and to sell and rebook services.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends and holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
