Sephora is hiring a full-time Licensed Beauty Advisor in Sherman Oaks to provide makeup, waxing, and other Beauty Services menu offerings, support store goals, and deliver personalized client service. The role requires an active state license, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and availability for 30–40 hours per week, including peak retail periods; pay is $24.00–$27.60 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other position- or location-specific business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling products.
- Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain active licenses and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and Sephora standards to help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
