Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and false lash application services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Rebook beauty services and drive product sales to achieve individual and store performance goals
- Educate clients on beauty products, trends, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
- Maintain active state licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members to foster an inclusive, supportive environment
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and remain available during peak retail operations
