Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and false eyelash application services in alignment with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Educate and empower clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and personalized skincare and cosmetic solutions
- Drive sales and service rebooking to support store revenue and customer lifetime value goals
- Maintain active professional licensure and consistently uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for all customers
- Work flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holiday retail peak periods with reliable attendance
Qualifications
- Active professional license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false eyelash services in California
- 1–3 years of demonstrated experience in a comparable beauty services role, or in retail, hospitality, or service environments
- Strong, current knowledge of beauty products, trends, techniques, and industry standards
