Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application.
- Achieve sales and service targets by booking and rebooking beauty appointments, converting consultations into product sales, and driving client retention.
- Maintain active state licensure and rigorously uphold hygiene, health and safety protocols during all service delivery.
- Educate and advise clients on product selection, application techniques and beauty trends to create personalized routines.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative store culture and adhere to Sephora’s operational standards and company policies.
- Work flexible schedules to cover peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctual attendance.
Qualifications
- Active cosmetology, esthetics, or equivalent state license permitting waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state of practice.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a customer-facing service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver bespoke client service and build long-term client relationships.
- Proven knowledge of current beauty products, techniques and industry trends.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing-intensive duties.
- Availability for flexible shift patterns and commitment to scheduled hours.

Experience
1–3 years in a similar role or within retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment with direct client-facing responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of cosmetology or esthetics training and state licensure required.
