Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false‑lash services in accordance with Sephora’s services menu.
  • Achieve store sales and service objectives by rebooking appointments, recommending products and converting consultations into retail sales.
  • Maintain active state licensure and adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Provide personalized client consultations that educate and empower customers on products, techniques and routines.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support store standards, policies and a positive customer experience.
  • Fulfill scheduling requirements: be available for required minimum weekly shifts and peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Active, state‑recognized license permitting waxing, makeup and false‑lash application in the state where services are performed.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or experience in retail, hospitality or client‑facing service environments.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, techniques and current trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable schedule adherence and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
