Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, and beauty services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu and professional standards
- Drive sales and service rebooking to support store performance goals and key metrics
- Provide expert product knowledge and beauty trend consultation to educate and empower clients
- Maintain active licensure and consistently uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and supports team members
- Ensure punctual attendance and meet required weekly shift minimums for the part-time schedule (15-29 hours)
