Sephora seeks a part-time Licensed Beauty Advisor in Sarasota, FL to deliver beauty services and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform makeup application, waxing, and beauty services as outlined in Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales and service rebooking to help achieve store performance goals
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and skincare techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain current beauty licenses and consistently uphold health and safety protocols
- Build and cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized, attentive service
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity

Qualifications
- Active state license for waxing, makeup application, and false lash services

- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
