Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s services menu.
- Drive sales and rebookings by educating clients, recommending product solutions, and converting service clients to product purchasers.
- Maintain active state licensure and adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols for service delivery.
- Contribute to store performance by meeting individual KPIs and supporting team goals through collaboration and reliable attendance.
- Foster an inclusive, client-focused environment that aligns with Sephora’s brand standards and retail policies.
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and false eyelash application in the state of employment.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments with demonstrated client service skills.
- Deep knowledge of beauty products, services, current trends and techniques, with the ability to educate and inspire clients.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet the required minimum weekly shifts for part-time status.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform extended periods of standing.
