Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application, waxing, false lash, and additional beauty services from the Sephora Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales and service rebooking by achieving store goals and building lasting client relationships
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and personalized skincare and makeup recommendations
- Maintain active professional licensure and comply with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment aligned with Sephora's values and store standards
- Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance during scheduled shifts (15–29 hours weekly for part-time role)
- Remain available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in California
