Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application, ensuring exceptional technique and client comfort.
- Drive retail results by recommending and selling product solutions, rebooking beauty services and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Maintain active state licensure for regulated services and consistently uphold hygiene, health and safety protocols.
- Meet scheduling and attendance expectations, including availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and the store’s minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues, sharing product knowledge, and supporting store standards and policies to create a safe, engaging shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Active state license authorizing waxing, makeup and false application services in the state where services are performed.
- 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a client-facing service role.
- Demonstrated expertise in beauty trends, product knowledge and application techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, meet minimum weekly shift requirements and be punctual.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing service work for extended periods.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; prior experience performing licensed beauty treatments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
