Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver licensed beauty services at the Beauty Studio (makeup application, waxing, false-lash application) and ensure excellent client outcomes.
- Drive sales and service rebookings through personalized consultations, product recommendations and follow-up.
- Maintain active licensure and rigorously uphold health, hygiene and safety protocols for all services.
- Keep current on product assortments, trends and techniques; educate and inspire clients to build lasting relationships.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and adhere to Sephora operational standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state of employment.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service-focused environments.
- Demonstrable product knowledge across skincare, makeup and lash services and ability to translate trends into client recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a service-first mindset.
- Availability for evenings, weekends and holiday shifts; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–3 years' experience in a similar role or within retail, hospitality or service environments; prior experience performing makeup, waxing and lash services is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by the state of practice.
