Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application) in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Studio menu and service protocols.
- Drive sales and service rebookings by consulting clients, recommending products and converting service interactions into retail transactions.
- Maintain active state licensure and consistently apply health, safety and sanitation standards during all client services.
- Build and sustain long‑term client relationships through personalised consultations, follow‑up and clienteling activities.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment by supporting teammates, participating in training and promoting an inclusive customer experience.
- Maintain punctuality and availability for assigned shifts, including nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.
Qualifications
- Active, state‑valid license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are delivered.
- 1–3 years of client‑facing experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a related service environment.
- Demonstrable product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty trends with the ability to educate clients.
- Proven aptitude for personalised client service, relationship building and appointment rebooking.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and fine motor tasks for service delivery.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; state cosmetology/esthetician license required for service delivery.
