Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application, waxing, and other licensed beauty services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized, consultative service
- Stay informed on beauty trends, products, and techniques to educate and empower clients
- Rebook beauty services and recommend retail products to maximize client satisfaction and store sales
- Maintain active licensure and strictly uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Work collaboratively with team members to foster an inclusive, supportive store environment
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements (15–29 hours for part-time) and be available during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Contribute to a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience that reflects Sephora's brand standards
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in California
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or service-oriented environments
