Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application, following Sephora’s service menu and hygiene protocols.
  • Drive store performance by selling products, rebooking beauty services and converting service clients into repeat customers.
  • Provide expert, personalized consultations that educate and empower clients about products, trends and at-home routines.
  • Maintain active professional licensure and ensure compliance with local health, safety and sanitation standards.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and uphold Sephora’s operational and customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the location where services are provided.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and to build lasting client relationships.
  • Availability to work retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet the minimum weekly shift requirement for part-time schedules.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties in a standing, retail environment.
