Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application, in accordance with the company’s service menu and hygiene standards.
  • Consult with clients to assess needs, recommend products and services, and provide personalised advice that drives client satisfaction and repeat visits.
  • Achieve store performance targets through service rebooking, retail sales, and active client relationship management.
  • Maintain active state licensure and follow all health, safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues, sharing product knowledge and participating in store initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the location where services will be provided.
  • 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a directly related client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty tools, and an ability to transfer that knowledge to clients.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift/hours for part-time scheduling.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
