Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional beauty services including makeup application and waxing as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales by recommending and selling beauty products to clients.
  • Maintain active licensure and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Promote inclusiveness and teamwork within the store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide beauty services such as waxing and makeup application in the state of employment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
