Sephora is hiring a part-time Licensed Beauty Advisor to provide makeup, waxing, and other Beauty Services menu treatments, guide clients on products and trends, and contribute to store goals. The role is permanent, with part-time scheduling of 15–29 hours per week and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

• Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling products.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
• Maintain active licenses and uphold health and safety protocols.
• Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
• Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Hold an active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
• Have 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Be a collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
• Be a quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours and be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27.60 per hour.
