Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, and false lash application services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu and industry standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations
- Achieve store sales and service goals by rebooking beauty appointments and upselling complementary products
- Maintain current product knowledge across beauty trends, techniques, and category offerings to educate and inspire clients
- Sustain active professional licensure and comply with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
