Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and service goals by providing and rebooking beauty services while selling complementary products
- Perform makeup applications, waxing, false lash applications, and other beauty services per Sephora's service menu
- Educate clients on beauty trends, product knowledge, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive team environment and promote a culture of openness and belonging
- Ensure punctuality and reliable attendance, including availability during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Uphold Sephora's standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure shopping experience
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments
