Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and additional services listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu while maintaining expert product knowledge
- Drive sales and rebook beauty services to achieve store performance targets and revenue goals
- Educate and empower clients on beauty trends, techniques, and product applications tailored to individual needs
- Maintain current licensure status and uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and promote Sephora's commitment to openness and belonging
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain punctuality during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup application, and false lash services in the state of service delivery
