Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application, waxing, and false lash services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu while maintaining health and safety protocols
- Drive sales of beauty products and services while prioritizing personalized client education and consultation
- Rebook beauty services and cultivate lasting client relationships to achieve store sales goals
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all beauty categories and stay current with industry trends and techniques
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment that celebrates diversity and promotes team collaboration
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements (15–29 hours for part-time roles) with reliable attendance and punctuality, including availability during peak retail hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
