Sephora San Francisco (Union Street) seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part Time) to deliver waxing, makeup & lash services. $24.00–$27.60/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-store beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales and service results by booking and rebooking Beauty Studio appointments, recommending products and converting consultations into retail purchases.
  • Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Provide exemplary, personalised client service to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and support store standards, policies and a secure shopping experience.
  • Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to provide waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of employment.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
  • Strong product and trend knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty services.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client consultations and achieve service-driven sales.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable availability for peak retail operations and adherence to punctuality/attendance expectations.

Experience
