Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals.
  • Perform makeup, waxing, and other beauty services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
  • Maintain active licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours, especially during peak retail operations.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team-oriented with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
