Role & Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications, waxing, and beauty services as outlined in Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized service and product consultation
- Educate clients on current beauty trends, techniques, and product benefits to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Drive store sales targets by rebooking services and selling complementary beauty products
- Maintain active professional licensure and strictly adhere to all health and safety protocols
- Contribute to an inclusive, supportive team environment that celebrates diversity and belonging
- Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality across assigned part-time shifts (15–29 hours per week)

Qualifications
