Sephora is hiring a part-time Licensed Beauty Advisor at The Rim in San Antonio to provide makeup, waxing, and other beauty services, advise clients, sell products, and support store goals. The regular position requires 15–29 hours per week, an active state license, and availability for peak retail periods; hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling products.
- Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Keep licenses active and uphold health and safety protocols.
