Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver makeup, waxing, and false lash application services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu and quality standards
• Educate clients on beauty trends, product applications, and skincare techniques to enhance their purchasing decisions
• Generate sales revenue by recommending complementary products and rebooking beauty services with existing and new clients
• Maintain current state licensing and uphold rigorous hygiene and health protocols across all service areas
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store environment that celebrates diversity and empowers team members
• Ensure punctual attendance and flexible availability during nights, weekends, and holiday peak retail operations
• Execute Sephora policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming shopping experience

Qualifications

• Active state license to perform waxing, makeup application, and false lash services
• 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services, retail, hospitality, or customer service role
• Comprehensive knowledge of beauty products, techniques, trends, and application methods
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships through personalized service delivery
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge effectively

Skills

Experience

1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment. Beginner-level candidates with the required state license are welcome to apply.

Education

Active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash application services in Texas (or the relevant state where services are performed).

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
