Role & Responsibilities
- Perform professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Drive sales through personalised consultations, rebooking clients for future services, and recommending appropriate products and treatments.
- Maintain current state licensure and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in service delivery.
- Stay current on product knowledge, trends, and techniques to educate and empower clients during consultations.
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and store standards.
- Maintain punctuality and meet the minimum weekly shift/hours required for the part‑time schedule, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup, and false eyelash application in the state where services are provided.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client‑facing service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service and build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to meet scheduling requirements for part‑time shifts and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing for extended periods.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or a comparable client‑facing environment, with demonstrated success delivering personalised service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of cosmetology, esthetics, or related vocational training as required by state licensure.
