Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver licensed beauty services at the Beauty Studio — makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application — while maintaining professional hygiene and safety standards.
- Drive sales and service KPIs by recommending products, rebooking services, and converting consultations into purchases.
- Provide personalized consultations that educate clients on product selection, trends and application techniques to build long-term client relationships.
- Maintain active state licensure for all performed services and comply with company policies and local health regulations.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture by supporting colleagues, participating in trainings, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Meet scheduling requirements, be available for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays), and sustain punctuality and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in Texas.
- 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
- Working knowledge of current beauty product assortments, techniques and trends.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Education
