Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application.
- Perform personalized client consultations to recommend products and services, rebook appointments and build lasting client relationships.
- Drive retail and service revenue by converting consultations into product sales and service bookings to support store targets.
- Maintain active state licensure and adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Support an inclusive, collaborative store culture through punctuality, reliable attendance, participation in trainings and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Active state license valid for waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of employment (Texas).
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends and application techniques.
- Availability to work retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; able to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time schedules.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing service work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create an inclusive guest experience.

Experience
1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments; demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and meet sales or booking goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/esthetician certification and formal training in makeup or waxing preferred.
