Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application, waxing, and beauty services in compliance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu and state licensing regulations
- Drive store sales and service goals through personalized client consultations, product recommendations, and service rebooking
- Maintain current product knowledge across all Sephora beauty categories and stay informed of emerging beauty trends and techniques
- Sustain active professional licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming store environment that celebrates diversity and promotes team collaboration
