Sephora in Salem, NH is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part Time). Hourly pay $21.75–$24.88; provide makeup, waxing and beauty services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu — including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application — while maintaining service quality and speed.
- Drive sales and appointment rebookings by consulting with clients, recommending products and converting service interactions into product purchases.
- Maintain active licensure and strict adherence to hygiene, health and safety protocols and company standards at all times.
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized consultations, follow-up, and a professional, inclusive client experience.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve daily and store-level performance targets and contribute to a positive retail environment.
- Be reliably available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift/hours requirements.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application where services are provided.
- 1–3 years of experience in a comparable role or in retail, hospitality or other client-facing service environments.
- Strong working knowledge of beauty products, trends, techniques and retail service protocols.
- Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build repeat clientele; strong consultative selling skills.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts for a part-time schedule.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing for extended periods.
