Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application, waxing, and false lash services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu and state regulations
- Drive sales and rebooking of beauty services through personalized client engagement and product recommendations
- Educate and empower clients on beauty trends, product benefits, and application techniques
- Maintain current licensure and uphold rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that celebrates diversity and promotes empowerment
