Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, and beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu while maintaining licensing and hygiene standards
- Drive store results by achieving beauty service rebooking goals, servicing clients, and recommending complementary products
- Educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and contribute to a culture of openness and empowerment
- Maintain compliance with Sephora policies, health and safety protocols, and store operational standards

Qualifications
